At St. Mark’s, we are grateful for our families that continue to enroll year after year. And we can’t wait for you to return for the 2021-22 year! During this busy time of year, we know you would rather spend time with family and friends than fill out enrollment forms. So, we found a better way for families to re-enroll.

It’s called Continuous Enrollment. When you complete your Continuous Enrollment contract this year, you are enrolling your child at St. Mark’s until they graduate or until you notify us otherwise.  That’s it!  You won’t have to fill out these forms again.

This year’s process will be similar to previous years with the real impact being enjoyed in subsequent years.
  • The re-enrollment/continuous enrollment portal opens on December 9.
  • You may complete your continuous enrollment contract and submit the $1,000 tuition deposit any time from December 9 to February 6.  If your deposit is not received, your child will not be re-enrolled and admission to St. Mark’s will be open to new students.
  • Re-enrollment after February 6 will depend on space availability and will include a $200 late processing fee.
  • The School will notify parents of tuition for the coming academic year on or about December 9.
  • We will automatically re-enroll your child for the next school year unless you notify the enrollment office of an intent to withdraw by January 7.
  • On or about February 6, FACTS will automatically withdraw the $1,000 tuition deposit.
  • Re-enrollment after February 6 will depend on space availability and will include a $200 late processing fee.
Both parents/guardians will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the online re-enrollment process.  The instructions are also available by clicking here.
Yes, both parents/guardians must have a FACTS Family Portal account to complete the Continuous Enrollment contract for each student. One parent/guardian will be assigned a primary enrollment packet, and the other parent/guardian will be assigned a secondary packet. The primary packet assignee will need to complete the FACTS financial portion of the contract. The secondary packet will only be asked their financial responsibility designation if living at a different address.

Yes. You have more privacy with automatic payments than by writing a check. Most checks are manually handled by multiple individuals and include your name, address, phone number, and other financial information which can be easily copied. With electronic payments, the transaction passes electronically from bank to bank.  Any information you share with FACTS is completely confidential. We do not share any information with unauthorized third parties.  All data is protected by industry-leading security standards.
Yes. Simply contact our Business Office if you would like to make changes.
As part of the first-time enrollment process for all new students, you will complete a continuous enrollment contract for the new student/sibling, indicating that you are enrolling your child at St. Mark’s until they graduate or until you notify us otherwise.  Each student will have their own Continuous Enrollment contract.
Yes.  Beginning this year, you will pay a $1,000 non-refundable tuition deposit that is applied to your total tuition amount.

In talking with families, we recognized that it was time to review the fee structure. Based on those conversations, we are now including fees (Registration and School Improvement) in the overall tuition number. A tuition deposit remains necessary to ensure that we continue to hire and retain the highest caliber professionals. To that end, we are renaming the Registration Fee to call it what it is: a Tuition Deposit. We also understand the difficulty of the Registration Fee being due in January. With the continuous enrollment model, the Tuition Deposit will be due in early February and reduced from $1,200 to $1,000.

New families are also required to pay a one-time $550.00 New Family Fee.  New families will be invoiced the New Family Fee once the $1,000 tuition deposit has been submitted.
The School will communicate this information to the community on or before December 9 of every school year.
Once you submit your continuous enrollment contract, you will receive an automatic email response confirming your enrollment packet has been received by St. Mark’s Episcopal School.
