At St. Mark’s, we are grateful for our families that continue to enroll year after year. And we can’t wait for you to return for the next school year! We know you would rather spend time with family and friends than fill out enrollment forms. So, we found a better way for families to enroll.

It’s called Continuous Enrollment. When you complete your Continuous Enrollment contract, you are enrolling your child at St. Mark’s until they graduate or until you notify us otherwise.  That’s it!  You won’t have to fill out these forms again.

  • Approximately 10 days after submitting each parent/guardian enrollment contract, FACTS will automatically withdraw the $1,000 tuition deposit.
  • We will automatically re-enroll your child for the next school year unless you notify the enrollment office of an intent to withdraw by January 6, 2025.
  • On or about February 6, 2025, FACTS will automatically withdraw the $1,000 non-refundable, tuition deposit per child.
  • Not sure if your child is going to return for the 2025-2026 school year? You must notify Cindy Sexton, Director of Enrollment, at csexton@stmarkspbg.org or 561-623-2624, by January 6, 2025.
  • Re-enrollment after February 6, 2025, will depend on space availability and will include a $200 late processing fee ($1,200 total).
Both parents/guardians will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the online re-enrollment process.  The instructions are also available by clicking here.
Yes. Each parent/guardian must have a FACTS Family Portal account to complete the Continuous Enrollment contract for each child in the family. One parent/guardian will be assigned a primary enrollment packet, and the other parent/guardian will be assigned a secondary packet. The primary packet assignee will need to complete the FACTS financial portion of the contract. The secondary packet will only be asked their financial responsibility designation if living at a different address.
To create a FACTS Family Portal account, please click here.  Please use the email address we have on file or you will receive an error message. If you receive an error message, please email your name, phone number, and email address to Jensen Rafeedie at jrafeedie@stmarkspbg.org. You can also call Jensen at 561-623-2614.
You will have to reset your password using FACTS Family Portal. Please click the "Forgot Username/Password" link at the FACTS login screen.
This error typically means that the school has a different email address in FACTS.  If you receive an error message, please email your name, phone number, and email address to Jillian Crowley at jcrowley@stmarkspbg.org stating your email address for login does not seem to work.  You can also call Jillian at 561-623-2626.
